Ellsworth AFB, near Rapid City, SD, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead a high-volume dining program in collaboration with active duty airmen. You will standardize operations, mentor the team, and craft innovative menus while partnering with clients to elevate the dining experience.

You will also oversee procurement, maintain food safety standards (ServSafe/HACCP), and drive continuous improvement in culinary systems within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Management experience: 1-3 years.
• Related experience: 1-3 years.
