The role requires a minimum of 3 years as an Executive Chef with proven menu design and recipe development experience, along with strong leadership and a collaborative mindset to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years' experience as Executive Chef with menu design and recipe creation.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local food handling and production regulations.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, guide and train kitchen staff to ensure quality food production for restaurants and banquets, focusing on timing, portions and sanitation.
• Schedule, direct and evaluate all kitchen personnel and related staff, including cafeteria workers.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies and materials for the kitchen team.
