You will coordinate with kitchen staff, supervise and mentor cooks, help develop new menu items, and ensure high culinary standards in a luxury hotel environment.

• Supervise and mentor cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
• Create and innovate new menu items and specials.
• Prepare hot and cold foods to meet high standards.
• Maintain knowledge of food products and sanitation standards.
