Qualifications

• 8-year culinary degree and 10+ years of progressive hotel kitchen experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques and health department rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of hotel food production and F&B operations.
• Train staff and ensure corporate quality standards are met.
• Establish and enforce food specifications, portions, recipes, and sanitation.
