• Collaborate with Catering and Events to execute customized menus beyond client expectations.
• Manage financial performance: control costs, monitor budgets, optimize profitability.
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise, coach, and foster a positive work environment.
• Uphold regulatory standards: maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
