Job summary

Sand Point Country Club in Seattle seeks an Executive Chef to lead a multi-venue kitchen, drive culinary excellence and inspire a team of culinarians. The EC will balance club traditions with innovative menus and banquet offerings, while ensuring cost controls and high service standards.

Candidate should have luxury-cuisine leadership experience, formal culinary training, and certifications. Strong communication with members and a strategic vision are essential for this premier club.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury culinary experience as an Executive Chef or an Executive Sous Chef.
• Experience in both a la carte and banquet operations.
• Culinary arts degree from an accredited school preferred.
• Certified Executive Chef (ACF) or Pro Chef (CIA) certification is preferred.
• Certification in food safety is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple a la carte and banquet venues simultaneously.
• Standardize recipes, plan menus and manage kitchen operations.
• Control costs and train staff to execute tasks.
• Engage members/customers and balance culinary traditions with trends.
