You will manage budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, staff hiring/training, and ensure consistent plate presentation. A strong, proactive leader who can coach a diverse team is essential to uphold the club’s culinary standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience as an Executive Chef or five years as a Sous Chef.
• Experience leading high-volume culinary operations with multiple dining outlets.
• Strong management, organizational, and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to plan menus for restaurants and banquets.
• Experience with cost controls, inventory, and purchasing.
• Bilingual English–Spanish is a plus.
