Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in F&B Management or Culinary Arts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Executive Chef certification and Serv-Safe certification (or ability to obtain within 180 days).
• 5+ years as an Executive Chef and 10 years of progressive culinary leadership in high-volume environments.
• Experience with multiple outlets is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Excellence: Uphold exemplary guest service standards and address guest concerns.
• Team Leadership: Train, evaluate, and coach team members for high performance.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards across outlets.

• Budget Management: Assist in budgeting and cost-control measures.
• Scheduling and Staffing: Manage schedules for holidays and events.
