Job summary

Harrah's Resort Southern California is seeking a Chef Executive for full-time food management at Harrah's SoCal. You will develop, standardize recipes, and supervise kitchen operations across multiple outlets to drive quality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a college degree in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, 5+ years in culinary management, and casino/hotel experience. On-site position with a focus on safety, training, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• College degree in Hotel, Restaurant Management and/or Culinary Arts required.
• San Diego Food Handler's Card
• Minimum 5 years culinary management (Sous Chef and above).
• Previous casino/hotel related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage management experience in foodservice operations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assures compliance with standard recipes and production methods.
• Generates maximum financial performance for all outlets including cost control.
• Improves guest service to meet or exceed company standards.
• Insures production of consistently high quality food for all outlets.
• Maintains cleanliness, kitchen safety and food quality levels across outlets.
• Oversee multiple outlets simultaneously and delegate as needed.
