Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Executive Chef in Florence, KY to lead culinary operations on-site. You will manage staff, oversee food purchasing and cost controls, and ensure HACCP and ACES standards are met while directly serving customers and feeding back insights to the GM.

The role requires a culinary degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership, and the ability to train and develop staff. Occasional travel and a customer-focused approach are expected.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience.
• Safe Food Handling Certificate required.
• Experience in food purchasing, inventory, setting up par levels, and recipe selection.
• Strong verbal and written communications; able to manage customer accounts and cross-train staff.
• Proven managerial skills: hiring, training, discipline, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background checks; FAA on-ramp security clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the kitchen and culinary staff.
• Oversee kitchen food purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.
• Develop client-facing menus, proposals, and regional menus.
• Train and develop kitchen staff; manage scheduling and performance reviews.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and strict food safety standards.
• Lead on-site customer demos and collect feedback for GM review.
• Maintain Air Culinaire Worldwide kitchen SOPs and guidelines.
