Qualifications

• Leadership duties including directing operations and team performance.
• Experience in catering/food service operations preferred.
• Bilingual English-Spanish ability is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality of work and performance in market aligned with District Manager directives.
• Lead local sales, client engagement and promotions to drive revenue and guest loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs; manage payroll, training and scheduling.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery operations using Shipday for accuracy and timeliness.
