Marcus Hotels & Resorts, via Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh, seeks an Executive Chef to lead The Commoner, Banquets and Catering operations. You will hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff while creating innovative menus aligned with budgets and seasonal trends.

You’ll partner with Marketing and F&B leadership to drive guest satisfaction, maintain health and safety standards, and manage labor and food costs for optimal profitability.

• Lead culinary operations for The Commoner, Banquets and Catering events.
• Interview, hire, train, and supervise chefs and kitchen staff.
• Develop new menus and cost controls to meet budget and forecast needs.
• Ensure health code compliance and safety procedures across kitchen facilities.
• Collaborate with Marketing on programming and events.
• Manage labor costs and food costs to optimize profitability.
• Oversee kitchen operations during peak periods to ensure quality and presentation.
