Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across a high-volume entertainment venue. This is a working chef role focused on hands-on preparation and team development.

You will oversee kitchen managers and BOH staff, manage food cost and labor, and partner with Operations on product rollouts, promotions, and events. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary leadership in high-volume environments.
• Experience running banquet and large-scale catering.
• Active line cooking during peak service, not only supervision.
• Proven track record developing Kitchen Managers and BOH teams.
• Strong financial acumen including food cost control and labor optimization.
• Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Own all culinary operations, driving food quality and BOH performance.
• Work a full cooking schedule five days a week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Develop Kitchen Managers and BOH teams through coaching and training.
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and overall BOH financial performance.
• Partner with Operations on new product rollouts, seasonal promotions, and events.
