Vi Living is seeking an Executive Chef at Vi at Lakeside Village in Lantana, FL. Direct all aspects of daily kitchen production and support special events, with responsibility as part of the community's management team.

We require 10+ years in F&B operations at high-end venues, strong budgeting and staff management, and health/sanitation certification. CDM/CEC credentials are a plus; CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtainable. Local driving may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in F&B operations management in high-end venues.
• Experience managing budgets, reporting and staff.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Must have health and sanitation certification.
• CDM credentials a plus.
• CDM/CEC credentials a plus or ability to attain.

• Part of the community's management team with responsibility for high-quality food and welcoming presentation for Residents and guests.
• Supervise, hire, train and motivate staff; ensure effective communication and teamwork.
