Job summary

Vi at Lakeside Village is seeking an Executive Chef to direct daily kitchen operations and support special events. You will lead the culinary team, ensure top-quality food and inviting presentation for Residents and guests, and manage budgets and staff.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in quality F&B management, strong nutrition knowledge, and experience with POS systems and MS Office. A culinary degree is preferred; health/sanitation certification required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive F&B operations management experience in high-end settings.
• Budgeting, reporting, training and staff management experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; CDM/CEC credentials preferred.
• Experience supervising multiple F&B venues and using a POS system.
• High school diploma or GED; Culinary Arts degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of daily kitchen food production and support events.
• Lead community management team, ensuring high-quality food and welcoming atmosphere for Residents and guests.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and training across venues.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards.
