Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Chef leader at Signature of Solon Country Club in Solon, OH. The role directs all kitchen operations, ensures quality and margin targets, and oversees menu creation for events and daily features while aligning with brand standards and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate has prior chef leadership experience, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume kitchen in a members club environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Chef leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree, Culinary degree or certificate preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising others and leading a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of the culinary department, lead the culinary team and maintain operational standards.
• Responsible for $1MM+ in total Food & Beverage Revenue.
• Ensure compliance with national programs and inventory procedures.
• Review guest and member feedback and implement action plans.
• Create and execute menus for events and daily features.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitary standards; ensure compliance with laws.
