Levy Restaurants, a leader in sports and entertainment hospitality, is seeking an Executive Chef to helm culinary operations at a Levy location. You will set menu standards, train the team, and serve as Levy’s culinary face on social platforms.

The ideal candidate is an experienced food and beverage leader who can coach teams and drive performance. Leadership skills, financial understanding, and a passion for hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a culinary leadership role
• Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products
• Culinary degree preferred
• High level of computer literacy
• Understanding of financial concepts
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using social media is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate team members to deliver their best
• Identify opportunities and improve food and financial performance
• Oversee all kitchen safety and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with purchasing and finance to deliver profitable offerings
• Build and develop the on-site culinary team
• Evolve the food experience with regional and Home Office teams
• Participate in social media to promote Levy’s food and brand
• Maintain kitchen operations and equipment maintenance
