Job summary

The Sous Chef role at Levy Restaurants places you at the center of the culinary leadership team, directing and coaching staff to deliver outstanding food and guest experiences at our location. The ideal candidate is a seasoned culinarian with a passion for great food and hospitality.

You will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure quality and sanitation standards, monitor inventories, and support menu development in alignment with Levy’s Core Signatures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a culinary leadership position.
• A culinary degree is preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Understanding of financial concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
