Job summary

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an inspirational Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, drive recruiting, training and food preparation, and to empower onsite staff. You will ensure safety protocols, maintain costs, and deliver show-quality cuisine while elevating resident and client satisfaction.

The role requires leadership across culinary production, menu development, and team management, with relocation assistance available and a focus on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• BA in Culinary Arts preferred; candidates with 10-15 years of culinary experience will also be considered.
• Multi‑unit leadership — Experience managing up to 2 kitchens simultaneously.
• Financial acumen — Strong budgeting, cost control, and operational leadership.
• 10 years of full‑time production and team management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production in preparation and production of meals, food quality and presentation, compliance with safety standards and regulation.
• Develop and implement menu development based on product availability; create specials with seasonal ingredients.
• Analyze financial and operational information to adjust labor and costs and meet budgets.
• Supervise cooks and workers, maintain purchasing, receiving and storage standards.
