Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen and dining operations in our Reno community. You will drive hospitality culture, supervise staff, and ensure resident tastes are met while maintaining quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor management, and collaboration with front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences. At least five years of culinary leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of culinary experience in hospitality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to lead staff and manage guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and develop staff; schedule hours and shifts.
• Maintain monthly and annual budgets for Culinary Services; document spend.
• Ensure inventory, vendors, and purchasing standards meet company policy.
• Ensure food safety and quality according to standards and health regulations.
• Meet residents and families to maintain high satisfaction levels.
