Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for Western Colorado University in Gunnison, Colorado. You will oversee the culinary operations for the resident dining hall, catering and retail venue on campus.

Take on a leadership role driving culinary excellence, standardizing operations, mentoring teams, and crafting menus that meet diverse client needs while building strong campus partnerships.

Qualifications

• Education Requirement: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 1-3 years
• Related Experience: 1-3 years

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations for the resident dining hall, catering and retail venue on campus.
• Lead standardization of operations and menu development to meet client needs.
• Manage people, performance reviews, and hire/fire decisions.
• Build partnerships with clients to elevate the dining experience.
