Villa Restaurant Group is hiring an Executive Chef for 40North Group at Town Bar & Grill in Morristown, NJ. You will lead culinary operations, craft seasonal menus, and mentor a diverse kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes.

The role requires proven leadership, strong knowledge of food safety, and the ability to drive cost-effective, high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and menu development.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse culinary team.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high food quality and consistency.
