Job summary

40North, the full-service division of Villa Restaurant Group, is opening a new restaurant in Summit, New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced Full-Service Manager to join the leadership team and oversee daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional hospitality.

You will help launch the restaurant, manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and cost controls while maintaining standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in full-service settings.
• Experience supporting a new opening is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory.
