Job summary

The Westin Tempe, a Crescent Hotels & Resorts property, seeks a Full-Time Executive Chef to lead Terra Tempe Restaurant, SkySill Rooftop Lounge and Cup of Joe. You will manage the kitchen team, develop menus, procure food, and maintain cost controls while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a 21,214 square feet of meeting and event spaces.

This role requires English communication, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety, quality, and brand standards, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Experience leading kitchen teams and coordinating dining service.
• Strong focus on menu development and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Terra Tempe Restaurant, SkySill Rooftop Lounge and Cup of Joe kitchens.
• Develop menus and recipes to meet brand standards.
• Procure food and manage labor and food cost controls.
• Ensure proper food handling and storage in compliance with guidelines.
• Uphold guest service standards and safety procedures.
