The Crescent Hotels & Resorts (operator of The Westin Tempe) seeks a Director of Food and Beverage to lead all F&B activities within the property, ensuring exceptional service, profitability, and brand standards. Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Extensive experience in Food & Beverage with 10+ years overall, 3+ years at executive chef/management level.
• Solid numeric and budgeting skills; able to work with percentages and forecasts.
• Comfortable working in a hospitality/hotel environment and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food & Beverage operations including kitchens, banquets, restaurants, room service and bars to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial plans for the F&B division.
• Lead, coach and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional service and products.
