The Westin Tempe, operated by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead our F&B operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences at our Tempe property.

You will oversee kitchens, banquets, restaurants, room service, and bars, driving profitability through service excellence, effective leadership, and strategic planning. This role emphasizes budget control, staff development, and strong guest engagement.

Qualifications

Ten+ years in Food and Beverage, with at least 3 years in executive chef/management.
Must communicate in English with guests and staff; professional appearance.
Ability to manage budgets, menus, and guest relations.

Responsibilities

Organize the activities of the F&B departments to maintain high standards and profitability.
Assist in development of annual budget and long-term financial plans.
Oversee Kitchens, Banquet Operations, Restaurants, Room Service, Gift Shop and Bars.
Lead and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional service.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and demonstrate leadership.
