Job summary

InterContinental Miami is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the hotel kitchen operations, ensuring quality, cost control and compliance with health standards while mentoring sous chefs and culinary staff. You will drive menus, supervise culinary teams, and coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxury setting.

Ideally you bring a strong background in high-volume luxury dining, 3+ years as a chef, and a culinary arts credential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years kitchen/chef experience.
• Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of culinary staff and ensure quality and cost control.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Develop new menus and test recipes to align with industry trends.
