Jasper Highlands Brewery LLC in Jasper, TN seeks an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, drive culinary excellence, and mentor a hospitality-focused team.

You will oversee hiring, training, standards, and inventory while guiding the restaurant toward its financial goals with strong labor and food-cost controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional cooking experience, with at least 2 years in an Executive Chef capacity in an upscale casual dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication.
• Proven success as head of kitchen operations in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong passion for culinary excellence, and service.
• Proven ability to develop your team.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary Range: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 Base+Commission/month
