Morrison Healthcare seeks an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations for a 319-bed hospital in Germantown, TN, directing meal preparation in line with corporate programs and guidelines.

The role requires an A.S. in Culinary, 3–5 years of progressive kitchen management, strong knowledge of food safety, and experience with high-volume catering. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A.S. in Culinary is required and implies formal culinary training.
• Experience managing kitchen operations in a high-volume setting is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines
• Trains 12-14 kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling and equipment operation
• Establishes cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment, storage and work areas
• Maintains inventory to ensure supply availability within guidelines
• Complies with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned
