Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is a chef-led hospitality company delivering food and beverage experiences at major venues across North America. We are seeking an Executive Chef for the Atlanta Hawks venue in Atlanta, GA, to lead production and culinary execution at scale.

You will mentor a culinary team, oversee safety, sanitation, and service quality, and partner with front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certified or able to obtain certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, preparation, and execution to culinary standards.
• Ensure safety and sanitation of kitchen and food service areas.
• Coach and manage kitchen team, provide training and scheduling support.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and cost controls.
• Support off-premise events with high-volume production and execution.
