TouchPoint is seeking an Executive Chef in Florida to oversee kitchen operations, ensure sanitary practices, and lead food preparation in line with corporate programs. This energetic role demands entrepreneurial culinary leadership and hands-on involvement in daily cooking activities.

Ideal candidates bring extensive kitchen management experience, strong food safety knowledge, and a track record in high-volume operations within catering or healthcare food service.

Qualifications

• ), 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Follows standardized recipes, portioning and presentation standards. Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety and sanitation per company and regulatory standards.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment, storage and work areas; ensures adherence by staff.
• Maintains inventory of food and non-food supplies within guidelines; ensures availability of products.
• Decides on utilization of leftovers within company guidelines.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations; supports audits.
• Follows safety policies and participates in safety initiatives.
• Participates in departmental meetings and staff development programs.
