Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Hands-on chef experience required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends including quality and presentation.
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Follows standardized recipes, portioning and presentation standards.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety and sanitation.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and work areas.
• Maintains inventory within guidelines and ensures product availability.
• Adheres to health and sanitation regulations and company policies.
