TouchPoint is seeking an Executive Chef to lead hospital dining operations, ensuring safety, sanitation, and high-quality meals. You will direct meal preparation, menu planning, and staff training in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on kitchen leadership, a track record in high-volume operations, and strong knowledge of food safety and cost controls. Competitive pay ranges and a $2,500 bonus eligibility accompany a Monday–Friday schedule with periodic weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Extensive catering and high-volume foodservice experience preferred.
• Hands-on chef with knowledge of food trends, costs, and presentation.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee kitchen operations and maintain safety/ sanitation.
• Prepare or direct meal preparation per guidelines.
• Plan regular/modified menus and standardize recipes.
• Train staff on food prep, safety, and equipment use.
• Maintain inventory and enforce cleaning schedules.
