TouchPoint is hiring an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring safe, sanitary practices and high-quality meals aligned with corporate programs. You will lead culinary teams, guide menu planning, and uphold standards in a fast-paced healthcare foodservice environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, Food Safety, and collaboration with company guidelines to deliver meals that support healing and well-being for patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations.
• Hands-on chef experience is essential.
• Proficient in standard recipes, portioning, and waste logs.

Responsabilités

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, and sanitation.
• Maintains inventory and ensures product availability.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manages cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and areas.
• Participates in departmental meetings and staff development.
