Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a supervisory role as Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
• High-volume kitchen background.
• Institutional facility or multi-outlet experience preferred.
• Culinary degree strongly preferred.

• Lead kitchen operations with a mentoring style.
• Develop and present menus with stunning presentation ideas.
• Manage catering operations for events.
