Gecko Hospitality is seeking an Executive Chef for our restaurant in Clarksville, TN. The role focuses on menu development, costing, hiring and training, and maintaining COGs to ensure guest satisfaction in a high-energy environment.

The Executive Chef must lead by example, possess strong culinary skills, and drive growth while maintaining quality and costs. This is a hands-on leadership position located in Clarksville, TN with opportunities for advancement within our growing brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a salaried Executive Chef in Upscale Casual Dining.
• Experience in costing and managing associated costs.
• Hands on leadership is required.
• Excellent references and ability to pass background and drug test.
• Passion for great food.
• Ability to attract and train top talent.
• Good history of tenure.
