Gecko Hospitality is seeking an Executive Chef for our restaurant in Clarksville, TN. The role focuses on menu development, costing, hiring and training, and maintaining COGs to ensure guest satisfaction in a high-energy environment.

The Executive Chef must lead by example, possess strong culinary skills, and drive growth while maintaining quality and costs. This is a hands-on leadership position located in Clarksville, TN with opportunities for advancement within our growing brand.

Qualifications

We are currently looking for a talented Executive Chef for our Restaurant in Clarksville, TN. As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for menu development, costing, hiring and training as well as maintaining COGs and other costs. The position REQUIRES a hands‑on approach which means jumping in and leading wherever needs be. This is not an office job.
