Qualifications

• Assisted living dining experience preferred.
• Ability to manage staff and budgets in a dining services setting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain standards of quality, conduct, customer service, and productivity in Dining Services.
• Maintain staffing levels and inventories within budget guidelines.
• Oversee purchasing, receiving, storing, preparation and serving techniques, and sanitation.
