Job summary

Eurest USA, a Compass Group company, is seeking a Sr. Chef Manager to lead the dining program at a premier Sparks, NV client site. This role blends culinary leadership with onsite dining experience, guiding the kitchen, menu development, and guest engagement.

You will manage budgets, food cost, procurement, and safety standards while mentoring a culinary team and building strong client relationships. A culinary degree and ServSafe are highly valued, with opportunities for career growth within

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary management experience in corporate dining, hotels, or catering.
• Culinary degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience supervising culinary teams, driving process improvements and consistency in quality and service.
• Strong leadership with coaching and development abilities.
• Comfort engaging with clients and guests while running operations.
• Solid budgets, food cost, labor and inventory management knowledge.
• ServSafe certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a culinary team across café and catering operations.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation and safety, manage inventory and cost controls.
• Design menus with opportunities for new ideas and global flavors.
• Balance kitchen leadership with dining experience on the floor.
• Build strong client and guest relationships by presence in dining spaces.
• Manage purchasing, inventory and financial reporting with Compass resources.
• Ensure quality, safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
