Job summary

The Center at Park West is seeking a full-time Executive Chef to lead the Dietary Department, plan menus, manage staff, and deliver exceptional culinary experiences that meet residents' dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' culinary leadership in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Ability to plan meals and menus aligned with dietary restrictions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and manage dietary staff.
• Plan and prepare daily menus and specialized meals.
• Coordinate with Registered Dietitian and facility Directors.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas.
