Responsibilities include managing system recipes, menus, and therapeutic diets, while maintaining cost containment and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in culinary arts or related field. Degree verified.
• ServSafe certification required by first day of work or within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to culinary teams, staffing, coaching and development.
• Ensure adherence to system recipes and menus across patient meals, retail and catering.
• Oversee procurement in line with budget and demand.
• Develop staffing models for production volumes and service complexity.
• Lead large-scale catered events and cost containment initiatives.
