Virgin Hotels is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and culinary program in Dallas. The role drives an exceptional guest dining experience, mentors a high-performing team, and ensures operations align with the brand standards.

The candidate should bring 5–7 years of hotel Executive Chef experience, strong leadership, and a passion for local cuisine. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and TIPS/food safety certifications must be current.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience as Executive Chef in a hotel is highly preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
• Food Service Handler Card and TIPS certification valid for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a talented kitchen team with a strong training program.
• Oversee guest interactions and ensure exceptional service on the floor during service.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and P&L responsibilities following Virgin Hotels protocols.
• Lead with Virgin Hotels core values of fun, innovation, and guest brilliance.
