Job summary

Virgin Hotels is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in a hotel setting. You will drive menu development, staff training, and guest-focused service while maintaining brand standards across outlets and events.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of executive chef experience in hotels, with bilingual Spanish skills preferred, and a strong foundation in leadership, training, and inventory control. A relevant degree is preferred, and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience as Executive Chef in a hotel.
• Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the USA.
• TIPS certification and Food Handlers Card valid for at least 6 months.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and basic MS Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Train, train, train team and develop staff through a structured program.
• Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely service across outlets and events.
• Maintain guest experience by supervising food quality, presentation and service standards.
• Provide strong leadership, scheduling, and inventory controls while ensuring regulatory compliance.
