Eurest USA in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Executive Chef (Corporate Dining) to lead all kitchen operations, build a strong culinary team, and deliver world-class dining experiences in corporate cafes and executive dining rooms.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, no nights, weekends, or holidays, with a competitive salary of $85,000–$90,000 and full benefits. You’ll manage menu execution, food and labor costs, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on chef experience required.
• Knowledge of high-volume kitchen operations and catering.
• Strong food safety practices and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety and sanitation.
• Manages inventory, food and labor costs, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensures compliance with health regulations and company policies.
