Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking an Event Manager to guide teams, support clients, and deliver high-quality execution for events on- and off-premise. The role suits a hospitality professional who excels at coordinating details and creating memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with culinary partners, sales leaders, and trusted vendors to uphold Wolfgang Puck's exceptional service standard while managing budgets and staffing across multiple events.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in catering or luxury hospitality.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume events.
• Ability to manage events from 300 to 5,000 guests.
• Strong understanding of staffing, rentals, timelines, logistics.
• Ability to build kitchens and production spaces from scratch.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with budgets and labor planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to align event vision with budget and goals.
• Coordinate with WPC chefs to meet client needs and standards.
• Create front- and back-of-house rental orders and equipment lists.
• Plan kitchens and production spaces for off-premise events.
• Coordinate with vendors and on-site teams for execution.
• Manage event timelines, staffing, and logistics.
• Support post-event budget reviews and cost control.
