Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 3–5 years of culinary experience.
• Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience highly preferred.
• Culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a culinary team while overseeing daily kitchen operations.
• Design, develop, and update menus based on seasonality and brand standards.
• Manage food quality, safety, efficiency, and cost control within a high-volume casino setting.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure guest experiences meet brand standards and service levels.
• Oversee kitchen sanitation, regulatory compliance, and HACCP adherence.
