Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced executive chef to lead the campus dining program in Savannah, GA at Georgia Southern Armstrong University. You will oversee food production quality, recipes, budgeting, and special events to deliver high-quality, cost-conscious meals for guests.

This full-time role requires three+ years of culinary leadership, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and budget experience; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
