Commonpoint Queens is seeking an Executive Chef responsible for preparing buffet-style meals for campers and staff over the summer. Your role includes planning menus, managing food inventory, ensuring safety regulations, and overseeing a kitchen staff of five. The position requires a minimum of three years in a relevant food service environment, ServSafe certification, and experience with kosher guidelines. You will reside in provided accommodation and receive all meals while working at the camp.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in camp, institutional food service or high volume kitchen.
• Experience in adapting food menus to kosher dietary guidelines is a plus.
