Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in hospitality, including restaurant culinary operations.
• Possess all local food management and safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-of-house and kitchen operations for the cafe.
• Uphold Hard Rock culinary standards; ensure food looks good, is cooked properly, proportions are correct, and served quickly.
• Support cafe leadership in upholding brand standards and business objectives.
• Demonstrate financial comprehension of cafe budget and P&L.
• Control costs of food and related purchases in alignment with budget.
• Manage staff schedules in accordance with the cafe’s budget and forecast models.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food preparation.
• Develop kitchen team and ensure recipe adherence.
• Foster guest-first service and brand standards.
• Attract and retain exceptional culinary talent.
