Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a high-volume concept in Charleston, SC. This role demands strong people leadership, hands-on involvement, and the ability to drive quality, consistency, and cost controls across multiple dining experiences.

You will mentor Sous Chefs and BOH managers, oversee menu development, training, sanitation, and vendor relationships while partnering with ownership on budgeting and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience in a high-volume operation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proven ability to manage food cost, labor, purchasing, inventory, waste, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH operations, uphold culinary standards, and drive kitchen performance across a high-volume environment.
• Own food quality, presentation, recipe adherence, portioning, and execution across all service periods.
• Develop, coach, and hold accountable Sous Chefs, Kitchen Managers, supervisors, and hourly staff.
